This role is part of our Business Technology division, working across multiple groups to support, improve and develop technologies and platforms.
- Manage Salesforce platforms across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Lead technical staff in a diverse software development environment
- Develop and mentor developers in Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions
A strong background in Salesforce, including certifications such as Administrator, Developer, Advanced Administrator is required. You should also have experience with code deployment, Apex, Lightning component/web component, SOQL, web services, APIs, integration, DevOps, and Salesforce DX.
7+ years of experience in managing Salesforce platforms, project development and mentoring developers are necessary. Software development practices, including SDLC, Agile are expected.
