We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects that drive safety, sustainability, and performance across various manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute capital projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Liaise with site-based engineers and contractors to ensure efficient implementation, commissioning, and handover of projects.
  • Support efficiency and sustainability initiatives, such as process heat recovery, energy reduction, and production line upgrades.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and capital program execution.

This is a hands-on national role where you will make a significant impact on our operations.

About You

We are looking for a highly qualified Project Engineer with strong technical capability and commercial acumen who can deliver outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Engineering degree – Mechanical, Chemical or Mechatronic (or similar considered).
  • Extensive experience in industrial/manufacturing settings with significant project/capital works delivery.
  • Strong project management skills, including governance and risk management.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
  • SAP and AutoCAD knowledge – highly regarded.
