Perform Facility Maintenance

Job Summary: This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are functional and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Complete scheduled checklists for building and equipment maintenance to guarantee facilities operate efficiently.
- Repair and replace fixtures, hardware, appliances, and office equipment as required.
- Report significant maintenance issues and suggest corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Successful candidates will possess previous maintenance experience and be able to follow established safety procedures due to the physical demands of this role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, is necessary.
Physical Demands:- Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing may be involved.
