This is a senior leadership position where you will lead and develop your team, oversee store operations, drive commercial success through strategic product placement, and maximise profitability by driving sales and key performance indicators with your team. You will create a positive work environment where everyone can grow while delivering results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.
The RoleAs a Store Manager, you will run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, creating an exceptional customer experience. This involves managing multiple department leaders and driving sales targets.
