Job Overview

We are seeking a senior retail leader to spearhead store operations and drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Capture customer insights to inform product offerings and ensure seamless customer journeys across departments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Manage and motivate a team of department managers and full-time employees, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service delivery and high-quality products.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing budgets with a deep understanding of commercial operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience in coaching teams to deliver consistent service standards across multiple departments.
  • Strong people management skills including hiring, developing, and retaining talented team members, addressing underperformance, and maintaining team standards.
  • Familiarity with back-of-house processes including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
