This role is crucial in our customer-facing team, where you will oversee and coordinate store operational functions to support a positive sales growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the capabilities of our operations team using coaching models and development frameworks.
- Oversee efficient administration processes and systems to ensure compliance with core policies and standard procedures.
- Support the management team to guarantee that administrative activities meet legislative requirements, focusing on safety, including in-store process incident reporting and training.
- Manage multi-channel order fulfillment in line with established procedures, including online commercial and click & collect orders.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent store and channel experience for customers, effectively resolving customer complaints and queries as needed.
- Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Pursue continuous improvement through available online platforms and active participation in other development opportunities.
- Customer Focus: Everything is viewed from the customer's perspective.
