Ultrasound Team Leader Opportunity

Benson Radiology offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified Sonographer to step into leadership.

This role has direct responsibility for a group of Sonographers, covering the Southern Region. The Ultrasound Team Leader reports to the Ultrasound Modality Manager and is responsible for providing direction, support, and recognition through effective leadership strategies.

  • Promoting collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork by implementing performance management processes and identifying professional development opportunities.
  • Supervising and supporting less experienced staff members and trainees while assessing bookings and workflows.
  • Staying informed about the latest innovative imaging techniques within the Ultrasound Modality and contributing to strategic business plans.
  • Assisting with technical administration functions of the Modality.
