  • Manage multi-channel order fulfillment in line with established procedures.
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service by resolving complaints and queries effectively.
  • Enhance The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, marketing, and presentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through online platforms and other opportunities.
