Logistics Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operational Excellence Manager to join our Contract Logistics team.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence across distribution activities, focusing on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be part of our dynamic team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- To lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
- To coach and upskill colleagues in productivity improvement tools and programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- To plan and execute annual excellence certification activities, striving for ever-higher levels of operational excellence.
- To assess and validate continuous improvement projects, focusing on achieving hard savings targets.
- To lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- To deploy KN Excellence certification road maps, containing all 26 continuous improvement elements.
- To drive and monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity and quality improvements across operational activities.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong knowledge of distribution, continuous improvement, and related technical tools. A proven ability to understand and navigate complex business environments is also essential. We seek individuals with an innovative mindset, a track record of introducing new ideas and solutions, and a collaborative approach, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
