About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Industry experience (preferred but not essential)
- 3+ years' experience in a management position, leading a team and fostering a positive culture
- Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members
- HR experience with performance monitoring and management
- Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
- Friendly, respectful, team player attitude
- Passion for continuous learning
- Ability to work flexible hours
