About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects on budget and on time, collaborating with strategists, creatives, and media specialists, and maintaining exceptional day-to-day client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client management: Regular communication to provide real-time updates on day-to-day activities, coordinating status meetings, and providing reporting.
  • Program management: Working with project teams to understand roles and responsibilities, creating project plans, and driving teams through the delivery of work.
  • Commercial management: Creating project estimates, quotes, and statements of work, managing project finance admin, and tracking and reporting on time, cost, and budget spend.
  • Marketing strategy: Taking an interest in client business, industry, and work, sharing relevant information, and understanding program/campaign performance.
  • Business development: Identifying opportunities for TMP to extend its scope of work within existing projects.

Requirements

  • A project manager with a strong desire to advance in a marketing career.
  • Easy to approach, positive and resilient mindset, effective communication skills, and pragmatic approach.
  • Previous marketing or agency experience, some understanding of different types of marketing campaigns, and experience of managing cross-discipline teams.
  • Proficient with IT, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and experience of project management tools and processes.
