Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic account manager with a passion for marketing to join our tight-knit team in Sydney. This role sits at the heart of a small, agile squad with a start-up atmosphere, working closely together to deliver results for clients all over Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client management: Regular communication to provide real-time updates on day-to-day activities, coordinating status meetings, and providing reporting.
  • Program management: Liaising with team members, creating project plans, and working with our traffic manager to resource and schedule team members.
  • Commercial management: Creating project estimates, quotes, and statements of work, and tracking and reporting on time, cost, and overall budget spend.
  • Marketing strategy: Taking an interest in client's business, industry, and work, and understanding programme/campaign performance.
  • Business development: Identifying opportunities for TMP to extend its scope of work within existing projects.

Requirements

  • A project manager with a strong desire to advance in a marketing career.
  • Effective in communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Pragmatic, approaching work with a logical mindset.
  • Excellent at time management, able to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects/clients simultaneously.
