The Role

This is a highly strategic position focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier brands that align with ArchiPro's vision and market positioning.

You will leverage ArchiPro's strong reputation and 10-year presence in New Zealand to develop high-impact growth strategies, build executive-level relationships, and secure long-term partnerships with brands that should be on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritise key brands and industry partners that are currently not part of the ArchiPro network, but hold high potential for mutual growth.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership development, including opportunity assessment, pitch strategy, contract negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor partnership offerings, ensuring alignment with the brand's needs and market opportunities.
Market Analysis & Growth Strategy

Conduct thorough market research to uncover white spaces and emerging trends that ArchiPro can capitalise on.

Develop and refine a comprehensive pipeline of strategic targets, prioritising opportunities that will have the biggest impact on ArchiPro's ecosystem.

Thought Leadership & Relationship Building

Represent ArchiPro as a senior leader at industry conferences, networking events, and in key stakeholder discussions.

Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with potential partners, positioning ArchiPro as an indispensable resource for growing their market presence.

Work with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and thought leadership content that amplifies the value of new partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven Senior-Level Business Development or Commercial Experience (10+ years)
  • Demonstrated success securing and managing high-value, long-term partnerships with recognised brands.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify new market and category opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies to leverage them.
