Chief Architectural Growth Strategist

The RoleThis is a highly strategic position focused on identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier brands that align with ArchiPro's vision and market positioning.
You will leverage ArchiPro's strong reputation and 10-year presence in New Zealand to develop high-impact growth strategies, build executive-level relationships, and secure long-term partnerships with brands that should be on our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and prioritise key brands and industry partners that are currently not part of the ArchiPro network, but hold high potential for mutual growth.
- Lead end-to-end partnership development, including opportunity assessment, pitch strategy, contract negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor partnership offerings, ensuring alignment with the brand's needs and market opportunities.
Conduct thorough market research to uncover white spaces and emerging trends that ArchiPro can capitalise on.
Develop and refine a comprehensive pipeline of strategic targets, prioritising opportunities that will have the biggest impact on ArchiPro's ecosystem.
Thought Leadership & Relationship BuildingRepresent ArchiPro as a senior leader at industry conferences, networking events, and in key stakeholder discussions.
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with potential partners, positioning ArchiPro as an indispensable resource for growing their market presence.
Work with Marketing to develop co-branded campaigns and thought leadership content that amplifies the value of new partnerships.
Qualifications & Experience- Proven Senior-Level Business Development or Commercial Experience (10+ years)
- Demonstrated success securing and managing high-value, long-term partnerships with recognised brands.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify new market and category opportunities and develop comprehensive strategies to leverage them.
- Competitive Base Salary ($160k annually) + Kiwi Saver + Bonuses + Phone Allowance + Travel Allowance.
- OTE $200k.
