As a strategic and experienced National Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our public access defibrillation portfolio across Australia. This role involves developing and executing a national sales strategy, overseeing a team of Territory Managers and Account Executives, driving business development, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring we remain a trusted partner in public resuscitation and emergency preparedness.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead and drive the growth of our public safety market. You will work closely with our marketing team to implement awareness campaigns, education initiatives, and advocacy programs.
- Develop and execute a robust national sales strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the ANZ public safety landscape.
- Lead a high-performing national sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer excellence.
- Expand our presence in the public safety market, working with Business Partners to develop and grow partnerships with government agencies, local councils, law enforcement, schools, universities, and transport authorities.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, ideally in healthcare or emergency services sectors.
- At least 3 years of experience leading and managing sales teams across multi-region or national markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, capturing new markets, and managing complex procurement landscapes.
Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the public safety sector, including government and council procurement pathways. They possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
