The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers with a prior offender history, devise strategies and initiatives for participants to achieve suitable employment outcomes, and ensure the service model is delivered effectively.
This role will play a pivotal part in developing, coaching, and driving team performance while fostering a supportive culture at sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, employers, and staff;
- Prove your expertise in industry knowledge and labour market trends;
- Demonstrate your ability to motivate and build positive relationships with all stakeholders, including staff;
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain data integrity;
- Prepare accurate and up-to-date reports and provide information to management as required;
- Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including typing proficiency.
Requirements:
- Hold a current driver's license;
- Have at least three years of experience in Employment Services;
- Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.
A background working in Justice programs or working with prior offenders/WFA is highly desired.
