Indigenous Programs Leadership Position

Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced leader to head our Indigenous Programs Division. This role will oversee the development and delivery of programs aimed at increasing awareness, representation, and capability among Indigenous Australians.
">The ideal candidate will have advanced people leadership skills, deep management experience, and commercial acumen. They will be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, build meaningful relationships, and foster inclusive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed workplaces.
">Key Requirements:
">- Proven experience in leading people, operations, governance, compliance, and financial management.">
- Ability to represent the interests of First Nations staff, community, and stakeholders while building strong relationships with customers, including government agencies and partners.">
- Experience in developing commercial opportunities for the division, working closely with government organisations, communities, and industry partners.">
- Ability to drive organisational performance, planning, and risk management to ensure sustainability and growth.">
- Previous experience in promoting cultural integrity and responsiveness across all initiatives.">
- Supporting a high-performing, culturally safe, and values-driven team.">
