Program Manager Leader

We are seeking a Program Manager Leader to provide front line leadership, management and coordination of our workforce who support E7 Wedgetail Sustainment and Development Programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leadership of operational employees (Program coordinators and administrators)
  • Leadership of planning and scheduling specialist employees
  • Leadership of project management employees
  • Development and management of employee skills development and training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years as a project management leader within a technically complex project
  • Human centric approachable empathetic and friendly leadership style
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a high tempo environment
  • Experience with the development and or maintenance of a project governance framework
  • Experience with the establishment and maintenance of employee skills and training requirements
