Key Leadership Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our rehabilitation services team as the Program Manager.
">This is a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of rehabilitation services for people with acquired brain injuries. Reporting to the Program Director, Neuroscience and Rehabilitation Program, you will oversee the effective delivery of high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation across SA BIRS.
">You will lead an interdisciplinary team, driving service excellence, fostering innovation, and enhancing rehabilitation outcomes for clients. This involves providing strategic direction and professional leadership, working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including senior clinicians, rehabilitation consultants, and allied health professionals.
">The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. They will possess a relevant degree-level qualification with registration or eligibility for full membership with the appropriate professional body.
">A proven track record of managing health or rehabilitation services, implementing organisational change, and overseeing financial, capital, and human resources is essential. The successful candidate will also have an in-depth understanding of rehabilitation processes, acquired brain injury impacts, human resource management, and health system safety standards.
