Lead Healthcare Professional

Are you a passionate and driven pharmacist seeking to step into a leadership role? We are seeking a strong team leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy while delivering high-quality healthcare services.

About the Role

As Lead Healthcare Professional, you will oversee medication therapy, provide professional services like vaccinations and health checks, and build strong patient relationships. You will also be responsible for managing team development, key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement within the pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in providing exceptional healthcare services
  • Manage medication therapy and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacy
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA registration and working with children check
  • Experience in delivering 8CPA services, DAA's and QCPP
  • Understanding of budgets, wages and GP management
  • Vaccination accreditation
  • Collaborative and patient-focused leadership style
