Senior Bakery Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our bakery team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and leadership to take on a new challenge and make a real difference in the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, creating schedules, and ordering stock. They will also be able to provide coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a small team of staff in the bakery department
- Create rosters for staff
- Generate orders for stock
- Complete stock takes
- Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to order and control costs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with both team members and management
- A flair for merchandising
- Strong leadership and delegation skills
- Commitment to work health and safety standards
