Job Title: Executive Manager

About the Role

The Executive Manager will lead and manage HR and WHS strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. This includes championing a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organisational goals.
  • Liaise with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure alignment with best practices in workforce planning and employee engagement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, WHS, or a related field.
  • At least five years' experience in a similar leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of relevant legislation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
