Senior Electrical Engineer

About this Role:

  • Lead all phases of substation projects from design through construction and commissioning.
  • Oversee design analysis and optimization of substations to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align substation projects with overall energy infrastructure.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in substation engineering with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional Engineer PE license required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of substation design software and tools.
  • Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
