Customer Service Representative

The role of Customer Service Representative is to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a positive experience during their stay.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly and efficiently, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally, maintaining accurate records and reports, communicating effectively with other departments, and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences by consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Provide prompt and effective resolutions to guest complaints or concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding while upholding hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements for success include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Essential computer skills, including proficiency in RMS or other hotel property management systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to work varying shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Articulate and empathetic, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
