Job Overview

As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day operations and ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, adhering to procedures.

  • Attend to guest requests proactively and resourcefully.

  • Resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests actively.

  • Operate the hotel efficiently in the absence of senior management.

  • Communicate policies, procedures, rates, and general hotel information to the team.

  • Sell special promotions and facilities available within the hotel.

  • Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect, sensitivity, and transparency.

  • Provide guidance, support, training, and leadership to employees.

  • Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues.

  • Ensure the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (preferred).

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry with strong Front Office expertise.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.

  • A guest-focused mindset and passion for creating unforgettable experiences.

  • Strong knowledge of relevant software and labor laws.
