We are seeking an experienced
**Motel Manager / Management Couple **for this live in role based 35 minutes from Perth in Western Australia.

The roles would suit a manager or management couple with the skill and drive to set up, open and manage this new motel. You will come from a strong hospitality background with the ability to be hands on across all areas of the motel covering front office, housekeeping and maintenance.

Part of a family owned and operated hospitality company in Western Australia, this brand new motel and will feature 21 rooms with secure fenced in parking facilities. The motel is due to open within the next 6 weeks once set up has been completed.

The successful manager / management couple will manage all aspects of pre-opening and operations of the motel in a hands on capacity whilst providing outstanding customer service to inhouse guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in the city with the added bonus of free onsite accommodation being provided.

**Package**:

- $150,000 combined management couple
- Free onsite Accommodation-One bedroom unit

**Duties**:

- Set up of the motel to commence opening including website set up, set up RMS reservations, set up office, finalise room set ups, general clean and tidy of property ready for opening
- Once opened, manage all aspects of the motel including front office reception, housekeeping, grounds work, marketing, social media and website
- Hands on front office reception, housekeeping and maintenance
- Ensure the property is well maintained at all times
- Ensure excellence in customer service
- Previous hospitality experience required
- Able to be hands on across all areas of the motel
- Able to obtain a National Police Clearance
