We are seeking a Talent Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the International Family Care & Professional Business in ANZ.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and drive people priorities by taking a data-driven approach to identify high-impact opportunities and ensure they are tackled effectively.
- Become a talent builder by enhancing talent and succession planning, critically thinking about strategic capability planning, and building careers that provide rich and meaningful experiences.
- Shape our leadership culture by preparing leaders for change and transformation.
- Build high-performing teams from leading organization design through to team effectiveness.
