Job Description

As a strategic business partner, you will lead the Talent Acquisition team to deliver exceptional results in executing our talent acquisition strategy.

  • You will manage and motivate your team to achieve their key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.

This role requires close collaboration with various teams within the organization, including HR and communications departments, to ensure seamless execution of hiring and onboarding processes.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief People and Communications Officer and work closely with high-performing peers from HR and communications backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company policies.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
  3. Oversee the implementation and measurement of events that promote the employer brand.
  4. Support analytics reporting and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Implement learning and development programs across the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven people leadership skills with experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development programs and a passion for driving employee growth.
