**Our Story:**

In our dynamic and fast-paced environment, we need an exceptional individual to join our team as the Office Manager with Events, HR Admin. This role is your chance to shine, working on a unique blend of administrative tasks and event coordination.

**The Role:**

As the Office Manager with Events, HR Admin, you will be responsible for supporting our business growth while ensuring seamless operations. Your key areas of focus will be:

  • HR Admin and Accounts:
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Manage our HR platform and database
    • Record leave using Employment Hero
    • Assist with accounts payable/receivable, reconciling accounts, and payroll
  • Office Admin and Medical Events Coordination:
    • Manage the delivery of medical education events, roadshows, and national conferences
    • Apply for compliance regulations to sponsor third-party and HCP-related events
    • Arrange travel, coordinate marketing materials, and maintain stock
    • Coordinate the move to our new production facility
    • Manage in-house and social events, and support yearly sales meetings and awards

**What We're Looking For:**

You should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Experience in HR, finance, office administration, and event coordination is highly desirable. Above all, we need someone who can foster a motivated and productive environment, adapting to our ever-changing needs.
