We are seeking a highly skilled sales project coordinator to join our team at sharonbennie. As a sales project coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of sales strategies for our off-the-plan apartment projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading developer and be part of a dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research the market and assist in the review of product mix
  • Work hand in hand with Marketing for sales collateral and display suite set-up
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Suite
  • Develop channel partner relationships
  • Work and build the database in preparedness for launch
  • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
  • Provide key information on units, features and structure of the building
  • Educating buyers regarding the projects, property investment and providing general property market commentary
  • Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
  • Assist in the hiring of / and management of a Sales Executive and Host / Assistant

Requirements:

  • 5+ years demonstrated success in selling off-the-plan apartments
  • Experience in managing external agent channel partners
  • Real Estate License
  • Extremely well presented and a strong communicator
