Job Title: Insurance Project Manager


About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Insurance Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Socotra policy administration system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on insurance projects.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Scope out the project and define the future state with the business
  • Translate requirements into specifications for Socotra implementation
  • Support testing from a QA and management perspective
  • Provide change management and training support

Requirements:



  • General insurance background and experience
  • At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst working on insurance projects
  • Strong hybrid BA skills with a business background and technical aptitude
