Job Title: Insurance Project Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Insurance Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Socotra policy administration system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance and at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on insurance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope out the project and define the future state with the business
- Translate requirements into specifications for Socotra implementation
- Support testing from a QA and management perspective
- Provide change management and training support
Requirements:
- General insurance background and experience
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst working on insurance projects
- Strong hybrid BA skills with a business background and technical aptitude
