Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Experis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping out projects, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders to define future state and translate these into specifications for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business cases and project plans
  • Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Support testing and change management activities

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
