Business Analyst Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Experis. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping out projects, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders to define future state and translate these into specifications for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Develop and maintain business cases and project plans
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize project scope
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Support testing and change management activities
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance industry
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
