About the Role:

As a team member of our Gepps Cross Retail Customer Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include telephone customer service, keying of orders, and liaison with manufacturing, retail, and despatch teams.

Key Skills and Attributes:

Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
Excellent data entry skills
Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
