Job Description

The role of a senior project manager involves coordinating effective project teams for each study, developing strong relationships with clients and key internal customers.

This individual is accountable for executing projects successfully, understanding sample management and full-service fieldwork from start to finish.

Senior project managers manage all aspects of sample management, survey programming, data collection and data management for assigned research studies.

They uphold the company's quality assurance standards through the project lifecycle, including all deliverables and communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure clear communication among all groups involved in delivering projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communication with clients, vendors and partners.
  • Communicate project milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for completing new and ongoing projects on time, on budget and on scope.
  • Manage post-delivery project needs, confirming project close with key stakeholders.
  • Expand and leverage client relationships through consultation during sales processes.
  • Mentor and support new and junior staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Market research experience with a clear understanding of the industry.
  • Hands-on experience in managing projects autonomously from end to end.
