About The Role

This role is based at our Liverpool Vertical Village, a purpose-built supported living community in the heart of Western Sydney. This is a Permanent Part-Time role with guaranteed hours. We are hiring multiple positions at different levels, shifts, and experience backgrounds. Depending on your skills and interests, you could be:

  • Supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities and mental health needs
  • Implementing behaviour support and trauma-informed strategies
  • Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, forensic backgrounds, and dual diagnosis
  • Administering medication and following health support plans (for nurses)
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living routines where required
  • Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families to provide holistic support
About You

You'll bring the right balance of skills and compassion:

  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in mental health, psychosocial support, disability, aged care, or community health
  • Minimum Cert III/IV in Mental Health, Disability, Community Services, or Nursing qualification (preferred)
  • Experience with trauma-informed care, complex behaviours, or high-intensity support
  • Strong communication, de-escalation, and boundary setting skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence and insured vehicle
