B2B Sales Growth Opportunity

Are you a driven sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a B2B sales executive to join our team in Brisbane.

This is a high-energy, phone-based role where your skills will be rewarded with fast-tracked career progression and a collaborative office culture.

As a B2B sales executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients across various industries, managing a warm lead pipeline, and negotiating deals. You will work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, a competitive nature, and a hunger to earn above your base salary. You will also need to be organized, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

  • 80,000 - $100,000+ super + UNCAPPED commission (OTE $150K+ Year 1, $180K - $200k Year 2, Sky is the limit Year 3)
  • Warm leads and outbound B2B sales
  • Career progression into senior sales or leadership roles
  • Brisbane office
  • 1 : 1 coaching and structured training
  • Monthly bonuses, quarterly incentives, and team events
  • Monday–Friday

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in phone-based B2B sales or similar

Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner

Competitive nature and hunger to earn above your base salary

Organised, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure

A strong work ethic and desire to progress in a high-performance team
