About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Consultant, where you will play a key role in driving business and customer outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of the Redstar Credit Cards portfolio, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver positive business results.
  • Ideation and sizing of product initiatives will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring that they align with Consumer Finance objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Developing portfolio strategies and initiatives that support key profitability drivers, portfolio, and revenue growth or reduction of expenses will be a key focus area.
Requirements:
  • You will need previous experience within financial services Product Management, with credit card experience highly desirable.
  • A track record of extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business is essential.
  • Creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues, problem-solving, and process analysis are critical skills for this role.
  • The ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing business cases and goals, is vital.
  • You should be comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a co-located cross-functional business and broader enabling functions through the planning, discovery, development, and execution.
