Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled project lead to oversee development and infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project delivery, including preparation and management of project documentation such as scopes, schedules, budgets, risk registers, procurement plans, and tender submissions.
  • Stakeholder engagement with clients, councils, government authorities, consultants, and contractors, ensuring integrated and timely project outcomes.
  • Financial and commercial management, including forecasting, resource planning, reporting, and commercial risk.
  • Business development, proposal preparation, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary development and infrastructure projects, demonstrating initiative and autonomy while applying sound judgement across diverse technical and planning domains.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of strong project management capability in engineering, construction, or property development, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical, planning, and regulatory information effectively.
  • Financial and commercial acumen with an understanding of project profitability, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and client presentations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills, adaptability, and resilience in dynamic environments with competing deadlines.
