Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to drive efficiency and improve business outcomes.
  • Adapt to market trends and continuously enhance strategies for better results.
  • Manage remote projects with clear communication, team alignment, and iterative improvements.
  • Coach individuals and teams on Agile best practices, fostering high-performance cultures.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Project Manager with expertise in Agile transformations.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, team facilitation, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to lead projects remotely, ensuring smooth execution and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with digital collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Trello, Slack, Miro, etc.).
