As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, inspiring them to embark on their wellness journey with us. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively contributing to revenue growth through strategic sales promotions and referral campaigns;
  • Generating high-quality leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities;
  • Achieving a high number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales potential;
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations and tours to prospective customers;
  • Crafting exceptional member experiences through positive and personalised interactions;
  • Ensuring successful outcomes to customer inquiries;
  • Performing opening and closing duties as per the club roster;
  • Active participation in member retention initiatives, motivating customers to continue their fitness journey;
  • Maintaining regular service calls to new and existing customers to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending products that enhance their results and experience;
About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications;
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals with a passion for helping others achieve their goals;
  • The capacity to solve problems and overcome obstacles;
  • Exceptional communication skills - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others;
  • Demonstrated tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team objectives;
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes;
