You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base as a Member Support Consultant.

Your primary goal is to inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us and help people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

As an MSC, you will have two clear objectives: achieving membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to club sales efforts using sales promotions and referrals campaigns">
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and new business opportunities">
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members">
  • Create positive member experiences through personalized interactions">
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries">
  • Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey">
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them motivated and engaged">

  • Hold current First Aid & CPR certificates">
