We are a leading fitness organisation with a mission to empower people to achieve great things. As a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base at our Browns Plains club.

Our members enjoy access to cutting-edge gym facilities, innovative group fitness classes, and bespoke personal training solutions. You will be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves through exceptional customer service.

The role is highly varied and has two clear objectives: achieving sales growth through proactive activities and retaining existing members through personalised interactions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales growth using sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create engaging member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged

About You:

You should have current First Aid & CPR certificates. You must be able to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds with a desire to help others succeed in their goals. The ability to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and communicate effectively is essential.

What We Offer:

We offer a realistic OTE of $70,000-$75,000 (base salary and commission), plus super. A complimentary all-access Goodlife membership is included. Additionally, you will have access to industry-leading learning and development content.
