The Sales Ambassador plays a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. This involves interacting with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey, and helping individuals become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

The role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life, drive sales through proactive activities, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to club success through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member experiences through positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey

About You:

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Tenacity and natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
