  • Job Description:

The Wellness Experience Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting members on their fitness and wellness journey. This includes providing expert guidance on our services and products, coordinating operations, and ensuring seamless communication with clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  2. Coordinate operations, including software utilization (Zenoti and Nookal)
  3. Educate and train casual team members on wellness services and products
  4. Drive sales of Signature Wellness and Wellness products
  5. Guide clients on product selection based on individual needs
  • Requirements:
