
Business Development Lead

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your designated region. You will oversee Restaurant Managers to achieve financial objectives and support their teams to excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants, working closely with staff, Restaurant Managers, and Head Office in planning, directing, and coordinating restaurant operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences while managing financial performance.
- Lead by example and reinforce standards of excellence in people and culture.
- Coach and develop Restaurant Managers in their career advancement.
- Collaborate with Head Office to drive sales growth and deliver results.
- Be actively involved in strategic planning and restaurant operations.
- Draw insights and take action on key metrics (e.g. restaurant sales and costs) to inform future growth strategies.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- A passion for food and restaurant operations.
- The ability to create consistently excellent customer experiences across multiple locations.
- Strong leadership skills with the motivation to grow with us.
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and conflict resolution expertise.
- The ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Key characteristics: self-motivated, positive, service-oriented, flexible, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.
