Job Description:

Drive Business Transformation

As a senior professional in our organization, you will be responsible for delivering business improvement initiatives and developing best practices to drive continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of improvement initiatives, ensuring clarity on objectives, roles, and timelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and develop best practices.
  • Develop strategic plans and best practices to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, adoption, and impact of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Manage risks proactively, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and escalating events or breaches as needed.

Requirements:

  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to prioritize tasks and make quality decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, delivery, and agile ways of working, with a proven track record of driving business transformation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in business improvement, with knowledge of financial services and a tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
