About the Role
The Governance, Compliance and Legal Services Branch is seeking a highly motivated professional to join its Senior Leadership Team as a Senior Director, Government Services. This role provides leadership and oversight to the Government Services Team, working closely with the Directorate's most Senior Executives, portfolio Ministers and other ACT Government directorates and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Government Services Team
- Supervise and mentor staff to achieve high-quality results
- Represent the Directorate at whole-of-government forums and contribute to strategic planning and performance
- Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective governance and compliance
