Business Development Manager - Property Management

Belle Property is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Hunters Hill. As a key member of our Property Management department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow the Rent Roll by signing new managements under the guidelines and standards set by management.
  • Develop relationships with investors and maintain an accurate database.
  • Promote, market, and develop good brand awareness of the Agency within the marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Current Industry standard certifications.
  • Reliable car and driver's license.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Sales experience and Property Management knowledge.
  • Goal and target driven.
  • Excellent phone manner and negotiation skills.
  • Corporate presentation.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and willing to take on a diverse range of tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent people skills.
