Corporate Credit Analyst

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Credit Analyst to join our team at ROBERT WALTERS AUSTRALIA. As a key member of our corporate banking team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a range of corporate and institutional clients, providing credit analysis and risk assessment services.
- Originate and execute loans, including negotiation and documentation, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Structure credit and loans for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with our company's risk management policies.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities through collaboration with internal teams across global offices.
- Prepare credit applications and papers, including analysis for new transactions, and undertake credit review to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts actively, being aware of credit deterioration or improvement, and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with a proven track record in corporate or institutional banking.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate or institutional banking, with a strong understanding of credit risk management and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience and knowledge of bank AML/KYC requirements, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to read and create credit forecasting models.
- Strong credit and financial analytic skills, with knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
