Qualifications and Experience
  • Commercial Credit Experience: Proven experience in decisioning deals up to $5 million, with a strong understanding of commercial credit principles.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior credit analysts, with a focus on upskilling and development.
  • Initiative and Drive: Exhibits initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player mindset, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to work well with others and build strong relationships.
