About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Management professional to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive the delivery of strategic projects across the organisation.

As the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing governance frameworks, systems, and processes to ensure effective program delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.
  • Lead the PMO team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to project teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage vendor contracts to ensure alignment with project needs and organisational goals.

Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management Methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
  • Significant experience in project management, ideally within aviation, logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to foster organisational culture and engage teams.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite and MS Project.
